Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Esterdahl Mortuary Ltd., Moline. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline.
Visitation is 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. A memorial fund has been established.
The former Donna J. Lomax was born Aug. 1, 1942, in Quincy, the daughter of Fred and Pansy Brown Lomax. She married Paul Franks March 7, 1964, in Rock Island.
Mrs. Franks was a member of Retired Eagles Activity Club at Moline Eagles Aerie 1112, Rock Island Eagles Lodge Aerie 956 and American Association of Retired Persons.
She enjoyed the riverboats.
Survivors include the widower; daughters, Julie DeVriese, Milan, and Lisa Duran, Moline; a son and daughter-in-law, Brad and Carla Franks, Rock Island; grandchildren, Molly Herbert, Michael Nyquist and Nathan Duran, all of Moline, and Abby Johnson and Bradley DeVriese, both of Milan; a sister, Charlotte Lock, Moline; brothers, Maurice Lomax, Lima, Ill., and Russell Lomax, Warsaw, Ill.; and special friends, Carol Bramhall, Milan, and George Duran, Moline.
