Larry “PeeWee” DeSierra, 61, of Amarillo died Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2015.

Burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Memorial Park Cemetery. Celebration of life services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Family Life Fellowship Church with Pastors Robbie Ashlock and Dale Travis officiating. Arrangements are by Memorial Park Funeral Directors.

Larry was born April 2, 1954, at Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo to Dominick and Irene DeSierra. He grew up in Amarillo and attended Amarillo High School, graduating in 1972. Larry then received his associate degree from Amarillo College.

He married Debra Billingsley in 1975.

Larry was a proud member of the Pipefitters and Steamfitters Union 196 for 15 years and was an x-ray technician for 22 years. He was a championship clogger for 14 years. Larry loved fishing, hunting and yardwork. He was always willing to help out and give of his time to anyone in need. Larry loved life and cherished his family. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Debra; two daughters, Lacy Huddleston and husband Chris and Lori Schwartz and husband B.J., both of Amarillo; two sisters, Loretta Jordan of Amarillo and Susan Angel and husband Don of Memphis, Tenn.; five beloved grandkids; and three nephews.
