Margaret S. Kramer, nee Naber, 95, a longtime resident of Slinger, July 19, 2006 at Cedar Bay East.
Margaret was born on Dec. 30, 1910 in Mayville to Oscar (Paula Paustian) Naber, and married the late Raymond L. Kramer on June 26, 1941 in Slinger.
She was a graduate of Dodge County Normal Teacher's College and began teaching in Theresa, Brownsville and Hartford.
After marriage, the couple raised their family in Slinger.
Margaret resumed teaching kindergarten in 1952 in the Slinger School District until her retirement in 1973.
She enjoyed volunteering at the election polls and the surplus food programs.
Margaret loved to play canasta and bridge, and enjoyed gardening and crossword puzzles.
She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary, Wisconsin Education Association, the Retired Teachers of Washington County and a former member of the Eastern Star.
Margaret will be deeply missed by her children, Louise Severson of Slinger, Paula (Mike) Riebe of West Bend and Ann (Gary) Dornfeld of Juneau.
She is further survived by nine grandchildren, Laurie Severson, Scott Severson, Stephanie (Eric) Diehl, Heather (Perry) Miller, Brian Kramer, Michele (Bryan) Bertola, Christine Kramer, Amy (Jeff) DeBroux and Erica Dornfeld; eight great-grandchildren, Ambar, Abril, Jenna, Michael, Molly, Adam, Anna and Miles; a daughter-in-law, Trudy Kramer of Menomonee Falls; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Raymond; a son, Richard; three brothers, Alfred (Edna) Naber, Walter (Dorothy) Naber and Herbert "Bob" (Ruth) Naber; and Raymond's siblings, Ed (Loretta) Kramer, Clara (Ray) Held and Arthur Kramer.
