Mabel Honse, 93, of Marshall, formerly of Vienna, died Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2005, at The Living Center in Marshall.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 29, at First Baptist Church in Vienna. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 28, at the Vienna Chapel of Birmingham-Martin Funeral Homes. Burial will be in Vienna Cemetery in Vienna. Memorials are suggested to the First Baptist Church in Vienna.
Born May 24, 1911, in Vienna, she was the daughter of late Peter and Bertha Tackett Frey. Survivors include six sons, Harold Honse of Vienna, Donald Honse of Vienna, Edwin Honse of Vienna, Charles Honse of Kirksville, Allen Honse of Vienna and Forrest Honse of Vienna; one daughter, Joyce Ramsey of Marshall; two sisters, Genevieve Bullock of Belle and Bonnie Anderson of Chamois; 27 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
