She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Charles Paris Rowe and youngest sister, Carolene Craven.
She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Marlin L. Turner; daughters, Joyce Turner Elrod (John); two grandchildren, Bonnie Elrod Starr (Leslie0 and Lt. Col. Scott Elrod (Megan); great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Starr, Jackson Elrod, and twins Savannah Anne Elrod and Claire Marie Elrod. She is also survived by a sister, Charlene Berryman and numerous extended family.
