Lena Grutt Albrecht was born February 24, 1880 at Stettin, Germany. She came to America in 1893, locating at Payneville MN and later moving to Boyceville WI. In 1905 she was united in marriage to August Albrecht and they established their home in Minneapolis MN. In 1908 they moved to Fallon and have resided on their farm at Plum Coulee since that time.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by five daughters, Charlotte of Billings; Helen Watson of Worland WY; Edith Beardsley of Miles City; Ruth Fluss of Terry; and Ruby of Denver CO. One son, Frank died in 1925. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
In 1926, Mrs Albrecht became a member of the E U B Church and was a charter member of the E U B Ladies' Aid.
Interment was made in the Terry cemetery with H C McLaughlin, Lawrence Lund, Paul Renn, Carl Anderson,Leonard Johnson and Olav Eikland as pallbearers.
