Age 95. Peacefully Monday, August 3, 2015 at Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home surrounded by her loving family. Born July 27, 1920 in Chicago, IL the late Louis and Mary Nobile. Survived by her children, Mary Ann Maiorca, Sam (Barbara) Maiorca, Robert Maiorca and Patricia (Frank) Pascoe; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Keith Ehlers; and sister, Dorothy (Michael) Perri. Preceded in death by two husbands, Santo Maiorca and Richard Fitzgerald; two daughters, Joan Ehlers and Gina Maiorca; grandson, Colin Pascoe; and five sisters, Mary Nicosia, Mildred Perri, Annette Mansueto, Sue Aviano and Rose Calascibetta, all known as "the Oregano Sisters". Family and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home, 1201 Wyoming Avenue, Joliet from 9:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside, IL. Memorials in her name to Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home would be appreciated. Visitation Friday, 4-8 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet.
