Funeral Services for Rebecca I. Reagan, age 90, of Greenville, will be held at Smith Funeral Home Monday, August 3, 2015. Visitation will be Monday from 12:30 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. with the service immediately following at 2:00 P.M. She died Thursday, July 30, 2015 in Greenville, Ms. Internment will follow at the Greenlawn Cemetery.
Rebecca was born April 12, 1925 in Coila, MS. She has been a resident of Greenville since 1930. She is the daughter of the late Samuel and the late Hattie (Word) Fleming. She was employed at Fast Lane store for 25 years as well as an office manager at Tri-State stock yard/Reagan stock yard. She was a member of the Open Door Church all of her life. Rebecca thoroughly enjoyed visiting the patients in the nursing homes.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, James Reagan and her son James Sheppeard Jr.
She is survived by her two sons Bobby (Judy) Sheppeard of Greenville, Ms., Roger (Meg) Reagan of Luling, LA., her daughters, Barbara (Dennis) Raziano of Mandeville, LA., Patricia (Sanford) Joiner-Ussery of New Orleans, LA., her brother, Samuel Earnest Fleming Jr. of Saltillo, Ms., her sister Lula Mae Dixon of Pasadena, CA. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren and her 23 great grandchildren.
Reverend Steve Burton and Reverend Phil Wilkinson will officiate the service.
