Dora married Carrie Alice (Lees) in 1895 and they had nine children: Effie Alice, Lila Francis, Clarence Edmond, Opal Winnie, Ralph Norman, Doris Evalyn, Alva Ruth, Wilma and Eileen Murriel.

OLATHE - Dora Tildon Snideman, 92, a retired Seventh Day Adventist minister, was found dead at his home in Olathe at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday. Death was apparently due to natural causes.

Mr. Snideman has been a resident of Olathe for 30 years. He previously lived in Denver, Dillon and Delta. His birthplace on March 30, 1876, was Honey Creek, Henry County, Indiana. He spent his childhood and school years in Indiana.

He married Carrie Alice Lees at Delta on Dec. 28, 1895. She died at Delta in 1957.

Surviving are two sons, Clarence of Pine Grove, Calif., and Ralph of Centralia, Mo.; seven daughters, Mrs. Effie Baker of Olathe, Mrs. Robert Beech, of Cedaredge, Mrs. Hugo Woscher of Denver, Mrs. Lawrence Schwarz of Grand Junction, Mrs. Harold Wallace of Loveland, Mrs. Kenneth Boring of Arvada, and Mrs. Don Titus of Charleston, S. C.: a brother: a sister, Mrs. Jennie Stapleton of Olathe; 26 grandchildren, 66 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

Mr. Snideman was a member of the Adventist church in Montrose. He spent many hours daily on his hobby, gardening.

Services will be in Delta and burial in Cedaredge.
