Evelyn Martin Youngblood, age 70, of Gibsland passed away December 24, 1989 at her home. Evelyn is survived by one son, Richard Allen Youngblood of Heflin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil, on February 17, 1985. Evelyn was born November 16, 1919 in Prague, Oklahoma and was a member of the Lomax Indian Tribe. She will be missed by many, but especially by her favorite niece, Kathy Youngblood Johnson of Niceville, Florida.

She was buried at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery December 28, 1989. Ron Fleet, minister of the Arcadia Church of Christ officiated.
