Carol W. Youngblood, age 65, of Fort Payne, passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2015. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. David Holmes officiating. A graveside service will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Memorial Park Cemetery in Auburn, AL with Rev. Paul Messer officiating.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. and Saturday morning from 12 noon until 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Asbury United Methodist Church, 4510 Gault Avenue North, Fort Payne, AL 35967 or Indiana United Methodist Children’s Home, P.O. Box 747, Lebanon, IN 46052

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Joe Youngblood; daughters, Diana Youngblood of Orlando, FL, Stacy Youngblood of Lebanon, IN, and Cari (Dan) Dutcher of Minneapolis, MN; mother, Joann Ward of Baton Rouge, LA; brothers, Billy (Terri) Ward of Baton Rouge, LA and Randy (Vickie) Ward of Baton Rouge, LA; and granddaughter, Carrigan Dutcher. She was preceded in death by her father, William Perry Ward, Sr.
