Evyonne Carol "Bonnie" Beenders, 55, of 109 Garfield St. died at 7:10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 8, 1997, at Heritage Manor in Minonk. Born July 29, 1941, in Roanoke to Arthur and Mabel Sophi Fehr Bowald, she married James Beenders on Jan. 27, 1961, in Roanoke. He died June 7, 1965, in East Peoria. Her father also preceded her in death. Surviving are her mother of Roanoke; one son, Brian of Peoria; two brothers, Dwayne Bowald and Donald Bowald, both of Peoria; three sisters, Shirley Kilgus of Forrest, Sharon Remmert of East Peoria and Sharlane Donaldson of Roanoke; and one grandchild.
