Lydia Ann Pauley Bowe
Lydia Ann Pauley Bowe, 84, of Rand died Sept. 27, 2002, in Beverly Health Care Center, Glasgow, after a lengthy illness. . Mrs. Bowe was a homemaker, a resident of Witcher for 21 years and a resident of Rand for 42 years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Virgil Bowe; and daughter, Barbara Joyce Thornton. She is survived by daughter, Patricia Horner of Dunbar; grandson, Michael Horner of Elkview; granddaughters, Sandy Thornton of Mentor, Ohio, Vicki Thornton of Akron, Ohio; son-in-law, Franklin Thornton of Painesville, Ohio; sister, Martha Williams of Culloden. Service will be 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 30, at Fidler & Frame Funeral Home, Belle, with the Rev. Bobby Goldsburg officiating. Burial will be in Montgomery Memorial Gardens, Montgomery. Family and friends may visit one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
