Wesley M. Pauley, 86, of Frame died Oct. 20, 2001, at the home of his son and daughter-in-law, Geary W. and Marna Pauley, after a long illness.
He was a retired employee of E.I. DuPont with 31 years' service, a founding member of the Frame Community Church and attended Pauley Chapel Church, Frame.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel Pauley.
Additional survivors include: daughter and son-in-law, Brenda K. and George Smith Sr. of Frame; sisters, Martha Williams of Culloden sister, La, Lydia Bowe of Rand; grandchildren, George "Eddie" Smith Jr. of Frame, Terah Burdette of Cross Lanes, G. Mark Pauley of Pinch, David Smith of Frame, Melissa Huffman of Youngs Bottom, Andrea Harper of Frame; five great-grandsons and five great-granddaughters.
Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, at Myers Funeral Home, Elkview, with the Rev. Don Burdette officiating. Burial will be in Nidy Cemetery, Frame.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Myers Funeral Home, Elkview.
