JOHN CRABB SUCCUMBS AT ROBINSON SUNDAY

John Crabb a well known miner died at Robinson last Sunday morning after a ten days illness from pneumonia. Previous to taking ill, Mr. Crabb was employed at the Grand Central mine at Mammoth. He was 45 years of age and unmarried. He had only been residing in Mammoth a few months.
The deceased has no relatives in this country but has several brothers and sisters in England and Australia. He left an estate valued at $1000 and Sam Cox of Mammoth has applied for letters of administration.
The remains were brought to Eureka Sunday by Undertaker Eustice and the funeral services were held at the M E Church Tuesday afternoon, the Rev. (illegible) officiating. The funeral was well attended especially by the friends of the deceased from Mammoth.
