Obituary:
Mary Hunter, 47 of Sioux Falls, died Sunday, July 18, 2010 at Avera McKennan Hospital due to complications from injuries received in a car accident on May 14th.
Mary was born February 28, 1963 at Colorado Springs, CO. She received her education at Rapid City Central High School. Following high school, she moved to Sioux Falls where she began raising her family. Among the jobs she engaged in, she enjoyed working as a dietary aide for Avera McKennan Hospital the most.
She enjoyed hanging out at "The Clubhouse" playing cards and dice. One of Mary's favorite hobbies was fishing. Among all of her interests, she particularly enjoyed the time she got to spend with her grandchildren. Her grandchildren, Cayden, Jada, and Izaiyah, where her pride and joy.
Grateful for having shared her life are her children, Heather, Christopher and Bradley, all of Sioux Falls, SD; her 3 grandchildren, Cayden, Jada, and Izaiyah; 4 brothers, John Tulowetzke living in Alabama, Charles Tulowetzke living in Virginia, Andy Tulowetzke living in Colorado, and Tommy Tulowetzke of Rapid City, SD; 2 sisters, Kathy Miller of Indianapolis, IN and Rose Digman of Alliance, NE; and her father, George Tulowetzke, of Rapid City, SD. Mary was preceded in death by her brothers, Gary and James Tulowetzke; an infant son and daughter; and her mother, LaVonne.
Memorial services will begin at 4:00 pm Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, Main Avenue location.
