Danny Ray Garner, age 60, of Union, SC died Thursday, July 6, 2006 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Garner was born in Union, on June 19, 1946, a son of the late Herbert Ford Garner and Helen Ruth (Peigler) Garner.
A construction worker, he was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include a special friend: Sue Lipford of the home, a step-daughter: Robin Gregory, a step-son: Dennis Sailors, Jr. two sisters: Linda Helton and Patsy Shetley both of Union, three brothers: Kenneth Peigler of Union, Ronnie Garner and Terry Garner both of Whitmire, three grandchildren: Trey Sailors, Cassie Sailors and Bridgett Gregory and a number of nieces and nephews.
Mr. Garner was predeceased by a son, Kenneth Wesley Garner.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 AM Saturday, July 8, 2006 at S.R. Holcombe Funeral Chapel. Burial was in Union Memorial Gardens.
