She was the former Margaret Strickland and a retired executive officer for the old Henry Vogt Machine Company.
She was preceded in death by her husband James S. Culver; sister, Sarah Strickland; and brothers, George, Lloyd and Alfred Strickland.
She is survived by her daughter, Elaine Welsh; grandsons, Brad Welsh and Eric Welsh; and sister, Dorothy Watson.
Her funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Embry-Bosse Funeral Home 2723 Preston Highway with burial in Calvary Cemetery.
