Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Friday at Prairie View Cemetery near Scranton under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home in Paris.
He is survived by his wife, Dottie; a stepdaughter, Katie Miranda of Hartman; four sisters, Carolyn and Judy Wewer, Brenda Ahne and Tammy Baumgartner, all of Scranton; four brothers, Harlan Gattis of Paris, Ray Gattis of Wichita, Kan., and John and Willie Gattis, both of Scranton; and three grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Bob Snow, Gary Varnell, Ronnie Fleming, Dennis Terry, Herman Yarborough, Zack Betty, Jimbo Thompson, Keith Kilburn and Jason and John Gattis.
