JOSEPH H. BARRETTE
Joseph H. Barrette, 53, of 1023 Sheridan Rd., Two Rivers, died Monday afternoon at Manitowoc Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Two Rivers, the Rev. Edward Stelter officiating. Burial will be in Forest View Cemetery.
Mr. Barrette was born Nov. 10, 1915, in the Town of Thiery Dames, Kewaunee County, a son of the late Joseph and Flora Graves Barrette. He married the former Evelyn Hanemann at Luxemburg June 19, 1948. The family moved to Two Rivers 16 years ago and Mr. Barrette was employed at the Hamilton Mfg. Co. until he suffered a stroke nine years ago.
Besides his wife, he leaves two daughters, Brenda at home and Mrs. Gerald (Geraldine) Pigeon of Green Bay; a step-daughter, Mrs. Virgil (Sharon) Braunsdorf of Sheboygan; four sisters, Mrs. Herbert Jahnke and Mrs. Mayme Maus of Green Bay, Mrs. George Farmeree of Manitowoc and Mrs. Herman Jacobs of Hilbert, and seven grandchildren.
Friends may call at Klein and Stangel Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers, from 3 p.m. Wednesday until 10:30 a.m. Thursday when the casket will be taken to the church where the body will lie in state from 11 a.m. until the time of services.
