Of the 200 block of W. Constance Road, Suffolk, passed away in Sentara Obici Hospital. Born in Suffolk, Va., she was the daughter of the late Archibald Newton and Willia Gay Brown, and the widow of Bennie Lee Benton to whom she was married for 65 years. She will be sadly missed by her loving family, one daughter, Susan B. Davis and husband, Taylor of Suffolk; three sons, Donald Lee Benton and wife, Peggy of Prince George, Va., Tommy N. Benton and wife, Susie of Richmond, Va. and William C. "Bill" Benton and wife, Dianne of Suffolk; a sister, Sue B. Underwood of Suffolk.
