Sandy Lamb age 55 of Rutledge, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2015.
A loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, she was a very giving person to all she knew. She was a member of Narrow Valley Baptist Church and attended Avondale Baptist Church. She had been a CNA at Ridgeview Terrace Nursing Home for over 27 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Clarence Jarnigan, Betty June Jarnigan and Ella Mae Jarnigan; brother: Dewayne Jarnigan; grandparents: James and Alma Jarnigan and Paul and Maude Clark.
Sandy leaves her husband: Dannie Lamb; sons and daughters-in-law: Travis and Kim Greene, Dannie Jr. and Krystal Lamb and Dustin and Julia Lamb. Granddaughters: Kierra Greene and Leah Lamb. Brother: James Jarnigan. Sisters: Vickie Atkins, Alene Atkins, Donna Dawson and Janice Porter, and many other extended family members, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. And her beloved special pet: Max.
Visitation with the family will be Saturday, July 18, 2015 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Smith-Reagan Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 7:00 with Rev. J.C. Morgan, Rev. Shane Pierce and Rev. Scott Greene officiating.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, July 19, 2015 at Head of Richland Cemetery.
