Lillie Mae Ward, 101, of Chillicothe, died 10:54 pm, July 15, 2015, at her residence.

She was born November 18, 1913 in Johnson Co., KY to the late James and Bertha Spears Mollett. She married Russell Ward in January of 1932, and he preceded her in death in February of 1977. Survivors include 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 13 great, great-grandchildren; 2 sisters; three step-grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law. She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Frank and Glen Ward; a grandson, Demorris Frasure; a stepson, Earl Ward; and several brothers and sisters.

Mrs. Ward was a member of the Mt. Tabor Community Christian Church. She loved to spend time with her family, to shop, and gardening her flowers and vegetables.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Tuesday at the Mt. Tabor Community Christian Church, Rev. Rick Hartley officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Tabor Cemetery. Friends may call 5-7 Monday at Haller’s.
