Corinna- Gary E. Bartlett, 73, died peacefully on Wednesday, July 15, 2015, in Dexter. Gary was born on February 3, 1942, in Hartland, Maine, the son of the late Bill and Glenna Bartlett. He graduated from Hartland Academy with the class of 1960. He managed the Patten’s Dairy Farm in St. Albans for many years and then was employed by Banton Brothers/Vic Firth for 37 years as a kiln operator. He had some of the fastest drying schedules in the state.

He loved fishing, watching wildlife and feeding the birds. Snuggling with his special cat, Panda Bear was a favorite pastime. One of his favorite memories was the family trip to Scotland, England and Wales.

He is survived by his brother; Dale Bartlett and wife, Pat, of Gorham; sister, Mary-Elizabeth Bartlett of Corinna; almost sister, Maylene Neal of St. Albans; special niece, Karen Pike and husband, Michael, of Greenville, South Carolina; special nephew, Timothy Bartlett of Mansfield, Texas; and several cousins.

He was predeceased by his parents, Bill and Glenna Bartlett; his grandparents, Ed and Carolyn Burton; and two special friends, David McCleary and Kelvin Hartley.
