Mr. England had been employed at the Indiana Department of Transportation. He also had worked for the Brookston Elevator, and farmed. He was a member of Battle Ground Church of God and the National Rifle Association. He enjoyed fishing.
Surviving are three sons, Danny England of West Lafayette, Bob England of Battle Ground, with whom he made his home, and Floyd England of Monticello; seven daughters, Mrs. Mary L. Lundy, Mrs. Ruth Gulley, both of Tazewell, TN, Lucy (Mrs. Charles) Easterday, Norma England, both of Lafayette, Helen (Mrs. Charles) Denham of West Lafayette, Thelma (Mrs. Denny) Taylor of Brookston, and Omey (Mrs. Jack) Kendall of Knoxville, TN; a brother, Joe England of Tazewell, TN; 29 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, and 38 great-grandchildren.
