ODELL, Laura M., 83, of Sun City Center, Fla., passed away June 7, 2005. A World War II Army veteran, she was born in Bronx, N.Y. She moved to Sun City Center in 2002 from Spring Hill, and prior to that lived in Beacon, N.Y. She attended New Utrecht High School and Pratt Art Institute in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was a member of the Sun City Center Art Club and North Lake Yacht Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, David, July 11, 2001. She is survived by her son, Marc Odell of Mesa, Ariz.; daughters, Janet Odell of Apollo Beach, Fla., and Janine Odell of Sun City Center, Fla.; sister, Violet Niggl of Fort Myers, Fla.; and two grandchildren, Robin Meier of Rochester, N.Y., and Cody Odell of Mesa, Ariz.
