Mr. Taylor dies Sunday morning, June 3, 2001 at the Baptist DeKalb Hospital.
He was a resident of Blue Springs Road in Smithville, a retired Farmer and a Shirt Factory worker. A Member of the Short Mountain Methodist Church in Smithville.
Preceding him in death were his wife, Oleta Nell Taylor; parents, George and Delia Hooper Taylor; sister, Maudie Cantrell and brother, Aubrey Taylor.
Survivors include his sons, Dudley Taylor of Knoxville and Larry Taylor of Lebanon; grandchildren, Christian Taylor, Audrea Taylor McKellar, Dana Taylor, Dudley and Johnathan Taylor.
Walker Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
