Death Takes T.H. Hoerth At Age of 48
Theodore Harold Hoerth, 48, of 19 S. Crescent Ave., died yesterday morning in a Stockton hospital after a short illness.
Born in Zeeland, N. D., Mr. Hoerth had lived in Lodi since 1935. He and his father, Fred Hoerth, presently a resident of Kenya, Alaska, were building contractors in Lodi for about 15 years. Later, Mr. Hoerth was employed by the Stokely-Van Camp company.
He was a member of the Zion Reformed Church of Lodi, and a member of the Cannery Workers Local Mo. 601.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Clara Hoerth, his father and two children: Dennis Hoerth and Mrs. Colleen Meidinger both of Lodi.
He is also survived by the following brothers and sisters: Fred Hoerth and Harold Hoerth, both of Lodi; Mrs. Manuel Silveria and Mrs. Bruce Davis, both of Stockton; Mrs. Beth Van Pelt of Sacramento; Walter Hoerth of Ashby, N.D.; and Mrs. Phillip Coy of Montana.
He is also survived by five grandchildren.
Mr. Hoerth was the brother of the late Reuben Hoerth of Sacramento.
Funeral arrangements are pending at the Lodi Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Theodore Harold Hoerth will be held Thursday Oct 3, at 2 pm in the chapel of Lodi Funeral Home. Rev. R.H. Allrich of the Zion Reformed Church will officiate. Burial will follow in Cherokee Memorial Park.
