MRS. CASSIE STIRNER, 84, of Buckley Road, Liverpool, died yesterday at her home after a long illness.
Mrs. Stirner was born in Gorham and had been a Liverpool resident the past 60 years. She was employed at the Van Duyn Memorial Hospital, retiring four years ago.
She was a member of the Elmwood Presbyterian Church and a member of the Kirk Park Over 50 Club.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Lucy Lombard of Syracuse; two sons, Ralph W. of Syracuse and George A. Stirner Jr. of Liverpool; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Wardele Funeral Home, the Rev. Chester W. Zogg of Camillus Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, 508 Prospect Ave.
