A homemaker, Verna C. Clemmer, 95, died Wednesday, Dec. 4, 1996, at home in Vancouver.
Mrs. Clemmer was born Feb. 4, 1901, in Peoria, Ill.
She was a member of Battle Ground United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Clemmer was preceded in death by her husband, George, in 1983.
Survivors include four sons, John, G. Roger and Clyde of Vancouver and Richard of Ridgefield; four daughters, Viola and Vivian, both of Vancouver, Georgine Huff of Mars Hill, N.C., and Linda Buckbee of La Center; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
A funeral will begin at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
