MELBOURNE, Fla. - Yvonne Irene (Dubeau) Moriarty, 90, a former resident of Vermont and Lebanon, N.H., died April 2, 2005, at the Altera "Sterling House" Assisted Living Facility in Melbourne, with lung cancer.
She was born in St. Eugene, Ontario, the daughter of Cleophas and Rosa Dubeau.
She graduated from Gifford Memorial Hospital Nursing School in Randolph, Vt., in 1935.
She was employed as a registered nurse until her marriage to Harold J. "Mory" Moriarty in 1940.
Mrs. Moriarty was an avid golfer and a charter member of the North Bay Community Church.
Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews in Vermont, Massachusetts, Florida and Maryland.
She was also predeceased by her brothers, Albert, Arthur, Emile and Roland Dubeau.
A memorial service was held April 16 at the North Bay Community Church on McMullen Booth Road in Clearwater with former pastor, Dr. Alan Stuart, officiating.
Interment followed in Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park.
