She was untied in marriage to Mr. Adolph DuFresne in Canada, January 8, 1875 and in 1876 they came to Michigan where they have resided ever since.
Funeral services were held Saturday morning Rev. Fr. K. E. McGinn officiating.
Left to mourn her loss are the husband, Adolph DuFresne, three children, Ernest of South Milton, Mrs. Mary Doran of Ludington, and Mrs. harry Dodges of Northbrook, Ill. Three children preceded her in death, Peter in 1910, Jane (Mrs. Mark Deering) in 1921, and Julia(Mrs. Fred Powell) in 1931. She also leaves 21 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and a great many other relatives and friends.
