Tommy Eugene Howard, 62, of Smithville, Texas, died June 10, 2015 at his home in Smithville. He was born at Offutt Air Force Base, Omaha, Nebraska on September 24, 1952 to Arthur E. and Madine Chesser Howard. He married Neva Hoover and they divorced. He later married Rhonda Adams and they, too divorced. He was of the Christian faith, loved to draw and was a huge Chicago Cubs, Bears and Bulls fan.. He could recite any statistic and knew all kinds of trivia about the teams. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Brian and Art.
