Born March 10, 1932, at West Decatur, she was the daughter of the late David and Belle Dixon.
On August 12th, 1950 she wed Lester G. Stephens, who passed away Nov. 19th, 1996.
Lila worked at Clearfield Cheese Co. for 10 years in Clearfield, PA, and was the manager of the Sun City Visitor's Center for 7 years. She was a member of the Sun City United Church of Christ.
Lila is survived by a daughter, Kimberly S. Porter of Prescott, AZ; a son, Lester B. Stephens, of Woodland; two brothers, Stanley Dixon, of Buffalo, New York, Edward Dixon of Gearhartville, PA; and a sister, Clemeth, of Philipsburg; and two grandchildren, Bruce Stephens, of Philadelphia, and April Stephens, of Hershey, PA.
In addition to her parents and husband, Lila was preceded in death by 3 sisters, Gloria Dixon, Eloise Dixon, Boni Kephart; and 2 brothers, Marshall Dixon, and Dee Dixon.
