Gary A. Murray age 47 of Prosser, WA passed away Thursday, July 2, 2015 in Richland, WA after a long battle with diabetic problems and kidney failure. Gary was born July 31, 1967 in Bellevue, WA the son of Nolan and Mary (Weinbender) Murray. Gary loved his dog Bella. He was a true fisherman. Gary was known for catching the biggest cat fish. He even left one huge cat fish in my bath tub; it was as long as the tub and still alive. It scared the family to find it early one morning. Funny story when we look back on it. Gary learned everything about fishing from his Grandfather. He also loved riding horses in the mountains and going camping with his family. We know that Gary is in no more pain in the arms of Jesus at home in Heaven. We will always have Gary in our hearts and miss him very much. The bravest most loving man was my son Gary.

Gary is survived by his mother Mary Murray of Sunnyside, father Nolan Murray of Prosser and brothers Jake (Kim) Murray and Sam Murray. He is also survived by his Grandma Clara Weinbender of Sunnyside, Grandfather Everett Murray of Prosser, nieces Trisha and Stephanie Murray, nephews Jeffery and Derrick Murray and Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. He is preceded in death by his grandfather Henry Weinbender, and Grandmother Donna (Johnson) Murray.

No funeral services will be held. A Celebration of Gary’s Life will be held at a later date.
