Maude Fly Davis-Dodd, age 90, passed from this life on Monday, July 6, 2015. She was a native of Coffeeville, MS and a longtime resident of Mobile, AL. She is survived by one daughter,Linda and four sons, Verlon, George, Larry and Victor, numerous nieces,nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Maude grew up during the Great Depression, hardworking and determined and a true Southern Baptist woman of faith. Even though she worked hard her entire life raising her family,mostly as a single mom, she took time to care for others as well.
Her son, Victor, is deeply grateful for the care and support of the staff at Stratford Court of Palm Harbor and Suncoast Hospice of Palm Harbor during the past years of Maudie's life. Expressions of sympathy can be made to Suncoast Hospice of Palm Harbor. Curlew FH
