Survivors include his wife, Elva; a son, Donovan of Cedar Falls; two daughters, Norma Usher of Dunedin, Fla., and Sharon Long of Palo; two brothers, Lloyd of Cedar Rapids and Mahlon of Gilman; two sisters, Betty Barr of Traer and Mildred Merchant of Garrison; seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Private graveside services will be held today in Dysart Cemetery. There will be no visitation. A memorial fund has been established. Overton’s in charge of arrangements.
