Miss Anna Stark, of 1018 Wheeler Avenue, aged twenty-two years died Tuesday at White Haven, Pa., following a lingering illness. The deceased is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Stark, two brothers, Edward and Charles, of this city, and one sister, Mrs. Clarence Hammerman, of Dunmore. Funeral services are to be held Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the residence, 1018 Wheeler avenue. Interment will be made in Dunmore cemetery.

The funeral of Miss Anna Stark, whose death occurred Tuesday at White Haven, was held yesterday afternoon from the family home in East Scranton, many friends attending. Rev. M. Hunter Reid, of Peckville, formerly of Myrtle Street M.E. church, of this city, officiated and was assisted by Rev. Charles Reichardt, pastor of St. Peter's Lutheran church, of which the deceased had been an active member. Following ceremonies at the home the body was taken to the Dunmore cemetery where it was interred in the family plot. There were many beautiful floral tokens. They were carried by May and Maude Stone and Margaret Lucie. The casket was borne by Stewart Shafer, Roy Schultz, Willard Schaulz, Edward Claun, Harry Moore and Robert Miller.
