Mrs. Miles died Friday in Holy Cross hospital. She had been visiting her daughter, Mrs. E.P. Cochrane of 110 9th Ave. N.W.
Born in Halton County, Ontario, Mrs. Miles came to Calgary in 1907, where she lived for a number of years before moving to the Okanagan Valley. She had lived in Toronto for the last six years. Her husband, Thomas B., predeceased her at Vernon, B.C., in 1928.
Mrs. Miles is survived by three daughters, Mrs. E.P. Cochrane of Calgary; Mrs. William Duncan of Enderby, B.C., and Mrs. C.D. Bradshaw of Toronto, a son, Thomas E., of Vernon; four grandchildren, a great grandchild; and a brother James Jarvis of Burlington, Ont.
