Mr. Burt was born in Fort Payne on February 19, 1962, to Mr. & Mrs. Donald Lee Burt.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in the Walkers Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 4:00 until 9:00 pm at the funeral home.
