Born Sept. 29, 1906 in Peoria to Adam J. and Fannie M. (Miller) Bair, he married Helen Smith Dec. 11, 1926 in Peoria.
Surviving are his wife; one son William G. of Peoria Heights; one daughter Mrs. Lee (Betty) Nelson of Denver, CO; one brother Lloyd R. of Peoria; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Two sisters and two brothers preceded him in death.
He was a carpenter for Leonard Futhey Contractors and an Army veteran of World War II.
