FREDERICKSBURG - Valeska Dean Bierschwale Lange, 69, of Harper died Wednesday, March 29, 2006, at her residence. Visitation will be at 4:30 p.m. today at Schaetter Funeral Home. Vigil service will be at 6 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Harper with burial in St. Anthony's Catholic Cemetery in Harper.

Survivors include her husband, Alvin Joseph Lange of Harper; son Ronald W. Lange of Fredericksburg; daughters Nancy Castaneda of San Antonio, Jacquelyn Rios of Fredericksburg, Mary Bullard of Junction and Pamela Love of Bandera; sister Bonnie Shore of Pennsylvania; and brothers Paul Bierschwale of Oregon and Hal Bierschwale of Louisiana.
