She was born July 17, 1919, in Draper, Va.
She was a faithful member of the North Welch Church of God. Eloise was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Pauley and was the last surviving member of her family.
Eloise is survived by her caregivers, Jimmy and Rose Surratt, Nieces, Mary Alice Bratton of Florida, Sissy Stewart and Linda (Bill) Jones, both of North Carolina.
A celebration of Mrs. Pauley's life will be held 11 a.m., Friday, April 19, 2013, at the North Welch Church of God, with Pastors Ralph Long and Roger Ferrell officiating. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park, Bluewell.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday at the church and one hour prior to the service.
Arrangements are in the care of Elk Funeral Home, 2001 Pennsylvania Ave., Charleston, W.Va.
