Cramerton - Etta Mae Stanford Ramey, 75, 96 Maple St., died Wednesday in Gaston Memorial Hospital. She was the widow of David M. Ramey and a member of Cramerton Church of God. Survivors include four sons, Carl and David Ramey, both of Cramerton, Harvey Ramey of Stanley, and Evert Maxie of Indian Town, Fla.; a daughter, Dorothy Newman of Gastonia; a sister, Polly Parker of Lowell; a brother Fred Stanford of Cramerton; 22 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be conducted by the Rev. Ariel S. Yorkman and Paul Corner at 2 p.m. Friday at Cramerton Church of God. Burial will be in Gaston Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight at Carothers Funeral Home, Gastonia.
