John V. Rogers

FARMERSBURG, Ind., March 5.

John V. Rogers, 65 years old, died at his home here at 8 o'clock Sunday morning. He is survived by the widow, Mrs. Nellie Rogers; four daughters, Mrs. Mabel Taylor, Mrs. Ruby Gallagher, both of Terre Haute; Mrs. Beulah Clark of Shelburn, and Mrs. Nellene Rogers of Urbana, Ill.; three sons, Harry and Robert of Terre Haute, and Johnny of Farmersburg; twelve grandchildren, and one great-grandchild; one brother, Estes, of Farmersburg; four sisters, Rena Crosson and Nina Maskell, both of Terre Haute, and Gertie Ellis of Sullivan. The body will be taken to the residence Monday noon. Funeral services will be held at the Wood Funeral Home at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. Burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery.
