PORT LAVACA - Stella Mae Morris, 90, of Port Lavaca, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, June 20, 2015. She was born December 13, 1924 in Detroit, Texas to the late Sterling Lonzo Moore and Della Mae Hamelton Moore. Stella was a homemaker and a longtime member of Port Lavaca Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eugene M. Morris; daughter, Vicki Yoast; son, Donnie Morris; brothers, John Henry Moore, Cecil Moore and Furst Moore; grandchildren, Paulette Cook and Jake Parker.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 from 6 to 8 pm at Colonial Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held 2:00 pm, Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Colonial Funeral Home with Mr. Shan Jackson officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Stella's Grandsons.
