Daniel F. Bieker, 60, 1706 Eisenhower Road, died Monday, March 30 at St. Anthony Hospital. He was born March 30, 1921 at Schoenchen, the son of Phillip and Anna (Denning) Bieker.

He married Martina Kuhn on Aug. 12, 1946 at Emmeram.

He was a retired purchasing agent for St. Anthony Hospital. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; seven sons, Francis, with the Air Force in Germay, Tom, Dean and Kenneth, all of Hays, Stan, Pueblo, Colo, Steve, LaJunta, Colo., and Danny, of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Jeanette Wilkerson, and Mrs. Janice Lang, both of Hays; four brothers Louis and Eddie, both of Hays, Linus, Victoria, and Eldon, Edmund, Okla.; four sisters, Sister Edwina, Oakley, Mrs. Mary Rose Schmidt, Hays, Mrs. Lucille Giebler, Grand Junction, Colo., and Mrs. Caroline Baker, Newton; and 11 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church; burial in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Brock's North Hill Chapel. There will be a parish wake service at 8 p.m. Wednesday at Brock's.
