Casey J. Chadwick, age 25, of Norwich passed away Monday, June 15, 2015 at her residence. She was born in New London on March 20, 1990 the daughter of Jeffery Chadwick of Ledyard and Wendy Hartling of Gales Ferry.

Casey received her Certified Nursing Assistant Training at O.I.C. in Norwich and had worked at Norwich Rehabilitation Center.

Besides her parents, Casey is survived by her brother, Tyler Chadwick of Ledyard, her sisters, Danielle Chapman and her husband Rick and their son William, of Griswold, Erin Coombe of Gales Ferry, her step-mother, Wendy Deane-Chadwick of Ledyard, her paternal grandparents, Gerald and Virginia Chadwick of Ledyard, her maternal grandparents William and Lucille Hartling of Gales Ferry, her long-time companion, and her best friend, Crysta Ingleso.

Arrangements entrusted to Byles-Groton Memorial Home, 310 Thames St. Funeral service and interment in Smith Lake Cemetery will be private.

Donations in her memory may be directed to the Visiting Nurse Association of SE CT, 403 North Frontage Road, Waterford, CT 06385.
