Our dear sweet LaRae completed all that her Heavenly Father sent her to do on Tuesday, May 22, 2001, and returned to his loving embrace after a courageous battle with cancer.
She had been a resident of Napa since 1942. LaRae is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, John A. Jones of Napa; daughter Darla Saxton and family of Vallejo; son Alan Douglas and family of Anaheim; and daughter Tessa Hafslund and family of Amalga, UT. LaRae loved her family deeply and was extremely proud of her seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by both her Father (Thomas Elmer Olive) and her Mother (Madge Whitmore Olive Davis.) LaRae was a very talented woman and utilized her gifts to its fullest.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, June 2, 2001 in Napa, California. Private interment will take place at Tulocay Cemetery.
