CHAMPION - Patricia A. Adams, 61, passed away Monday, June 8, 2015 at St. Joseph's Health Center. She was born on April 1, 1954 in Warren, the daughter of the late Francis and Helen Wright Adams.
Patti was a 1972 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. She worked at The Salvation Army in Warren from 1972 until her passing as a bookkeeper and bookkeeper aid. She loved her work with the many people she came in contact with. She was a part of The Salvation Army band, playing both a baritone and later a trombone. She loved to listen to music, band and secular, and shared her love of the Army's music with those who would listen. She loved reading, cross-stitch, crocheting and spending time with family. Her family will remember her for the good times shared, teaching them to cook and her love of Halloween.
Patti will be lovingly missed by brother, Matthew F. (Karen) Adams of Warren; sister, Eileen M. (John) Polis of Warren; sister, Carol S. (Arthur) Hewitt of Champion, with whom she made her home; nieces, Crystal Adams-Thompson, Tammy Adams, Debbie Adams; nephews, Timothy M. Adams, Matthew F. Adams, Jr.; great-nieces and nephews, Sierra D. Brainard, Shania Rodriguez, Christopher P. Halstead, Jr., Shalia M. Halstead, Skylier Rodriguez, Hayden M. Adams, Zazmine T. Gary, Ta'Zon Gary, Kassandra Adams, and Brooke Nolan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Mark J. Adams.
